Symmetricom

UrsaNav is the exclusive, world-wide distributor of Symmetricom eLORAN (enhanced Long Range Navigation) products. We partnered with Symmetricom (formerly Timing Solutions Corporation) to establish the Timing and Frequency Equipment (TFE) suite which provides a complete system to automatically drive any eLORAN transmitter. The suite consists of a timing source, timing front end, LORAN signal generation, and measurement and control.

The Timing and Frequency Equipment (TFE) suite is a component of UrsaNav’s innovative small footprint Terrestrial Positioning System (TPS) that is based upon eLORAN. The state-of-the-art technology UrsaNav developed is robust, reliable, economical, and represents a quantum leap forward in meeting operational PNT&D (Position, Navigation, Timing, and Data) requirements.

UrsaNav is a full-service company that provides extensive follow-on support and training to meet clients’ needs. These services include warranties, with extended options, as well as scheduled testing and alignment of equipment.

Installation

UrsaNav’s eLORAN-based systems can be installed as a viable solution in GPS-challenged and -denied environments for irregular warfare operations, interference-enabled crime fighting, security for high-profile events, and counterinsurgency (COIN) operations.
