April 2, 2012 - Rotating the PNT triangle. We’ve all become accustomed to the acronym for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing: PNT. Positioning and Navigation are key contributors to our way of life. We are consumed with knowing where we are, and where we are going. With advances in satellite technology, and its augmentations, we can slice our position ever more precisely into meters, centimeters, and even millimeters. For the large majority of us, however, meter-level accuracy is “more than sufficient” for our daily needs.

March 23, 2012- This week, we once again transmitted from the former USCG Loran Support Unit (LSU) facility in Wildwood, NJ. To ensure our readers understand that the USCG has no intent to acquire, operate, or provide a wireless time technology or services, we have re-named the LSU to the Diamond Beach Facility, or “dBF”.

UrsaNav educates customers in the Big Apple
UrsaNav’s IMS group recently hosted an HP TRIM User Summit at the Kimberly Hotel on New York City’s East Side. The event spanned two days, and included Customer Experience sessions, HP IM software product presentations, TRIM demos, and ask-the-experts sessions. Pat Radoll Giving a Technical Presentation
