UrsaNav provides products and services on various types of Government and Commercial contracts including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Labor Hour (LH).

In 2007, we obtained our GSA Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule. We use this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle to provide professional engineering services across the entire life cycle of an engineering project.

We were awarded a DHS department-wide prime contract named PACTS in August 2009. This contract provides a wide range of services for DHS, both in the U.S. and abroad, through four (4) comprehensive functional categories (FC). Our contract is for FC 4 - Technical Services, allowing us to provide our full range of technical and engineering services supporting the design, development, and utilization of systems, processes, materials, machines, and structures. The DHS PACTS contract has a two-year base period and a potential period of performance of up to five years, with a maximum value across all functional categories and contractors of $1.5 billion.

In October 2009, we were awarded the eFAST Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Under this agreement, UrsaNav will provide our full range of IT and engineering services across the following seven (7) Functional Categories: Business Administration, Research & Development, Engineering Services, Computer/Information Systems Development, Computer Systems Support, Documentation & Training, and Maintenance & Repair.

In 2010, we were awarded two GSA schedules: (1) Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 under which we provide IT professional services and (2) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule for providing Consulting Services and Program/Project Management Services. Our GSA Schedules are open to all federal agencies and contain pre-negotiated labor categories and hourly rates that GSA has reviewed and determined to be fair and reasonable. These GSA Schedules are contract vehicles that will offer our government clients the speed, flexibility, and selection necessary to procure our proven solutions and reliable services.

In 2010, we were also awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Seaport-Enhanced (Seaport-e) multiple-award umbrella contract for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. This award opens the door for UrsaNav to compete for service requirements that cover twenty two (22) functional service areas spanning a wide range of engineering, technical, program management, logistics, and training support.
