NMEA Tester

The NMEA Tester is an installation and diagnostic aid for technicians working on systems that communicate over NMEA-0183 serial data links. The tester indicates the polarity and baud rate of the link and displays the five-character sentence designator for each unique designator received. The inputs are isolated from the logic, so they can survive an accidental connection to 24-V nominal shipboard DC power supplies without failure.
