Inspired to discover innovative solutions to tomorrow’s challenges, Chuck’s strategic vision has shaped a company that helps solve real-world problems. Chuck sees his role as that of “Architect of Ideas”.

 

Randall E. Hall, Executive Vice President

Randall E. Hall

Randall (Randy) E. Hall is the Executive Vice President of UrsaNav, Inc. He brings over 28 years of proven military, government, and management experience to his leadership position. While in the U.S. Coast Guard, Randy successfully made his way through the enlisted, warrant, and officer corps.

 

Zachariah S. Conover, Vice President of Business Development

Zachariah S. Conover

Zach Conover joined UrsaNav in 2010 as the Vice President of Business Development following UrsaNav’s purchase of the intellectual property (IP) of CrossRate Technology, LLC. Prior to UrsaNav, Zach was the founder and CEO of CrossRate. Zach is responsible for the strategic analysis, planning, and development of business solutions and opportunities primarily focused in the Charleston, SC region.

 

Grant D. Cooley, Vice President of Corporate Support Services

Grant D. Cooley

Grant Cooley joined UrsaNav in 2011 as Vice President of Corporate Support Services. Grant oversees internal corporate support services including accounting, contracts, human resources, IT, facility security, Quality, marketing and proposals. Prior to UrsaNav, Grant worked for Tele-Consultants, Inc. as Vice President of Strategic Development.

 

John Lontos, Vice President of Information Management Solutions

John Lontos

John Lontos joined UrsaNav in 2008 following UrsaNav’s purchase of EDRM Solutions, and is now the Vice President of IMS. John oversees all operational and business development activities for UrsaNav’s IMS business group. Prior to joining UrsaNav, John was the founder and president of EDRM Solutions – a company focused on the sale and implementation of Hewlett Packard’s TRIM Enterprise Content Management software.

 

Chris Stout, Vice President of Low Frequency Engineering

Christopher R. Stout

Chris Stout joined UrsaNav in 2008 and is now the Vice President of Low Frequency Engineering, where he is focused on business development and implementation of UrsaNav’s Low Frequency Position, Navigation, Timing, and Data solutions. Chris came to UrsaNav after eight years of program management experience in the federal contract space for clients around the globe.

 

Mark Trevor, Vice President of Information

Mark Trevor

Mark Trevor joined UrsaNav in 2010 and is now the Vice President of Information Technology Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing all operational and business development activities for UrsaNav’s IT business group. Mark is an industry veteran with more than 26 years of IT project and program management experience. Mark’s specialty is overseeing large IT enterprise logistics and financial management system development and integration in the federal government space.

 

Jason Ward, Vice President of C4ISR Engineering

Jason M. Ward

Jason Ward joined UrsaNav in 2009 and is now the Vice President of C4ISR Engineering. He leads the planning, organizing, staffing, execution, and control of all shipboard and shore-based C4ISR activities. Prior to UrsaNav, Jason worked in the Program Office for a major government defense contractor on a new major weapon system.
